The answer is simple but not obvious,  it is needed, first of all,  to whom,  would like to experience this experienceprofessional and  that  possesses some characteristics suitable for this work, these are not dictated by personal taste, but by the demand of the advertising and cinematographic market, which is constantly evolving. In order to be proposed to castings it is necessary to have a professional photographic portfolio because  it is  the first thing that clients ask for to evaluate a talent before deciding whether to call them to an audition,  but be careful, as said initially, not everyone has these blessed characteristics, I, for example, could do everything in life except  the model or the actress, I am aware of it and in fact, I dedicate myself to something else :-)  making a book wouldn't make sense and wouldn't even be useful to me, except maybe to hang two well-produced photos. on the walls of the house.  In my career as an agent, which began in 1995, I have had the opportunity to meet many talents or aspiring talents and many clients and I have formed a very precise idea of what can work and what doesn't. I wanted to include this idea in my business, in fact, in 2014 when I opened BeDifferent I also started studying photography and experimenting with  my new skills as a novice photographer. Over the years I have gained practical and technical experience to the point of creating an additional professional reality, parallel and useful to my career as an agent. I have invested and still do, many resources in studying, experimenting and purchasing excellent quality equipment to guarantee ever better results.  Photography is complex and  fascinating,   is constantly  present in every area of my professional life  and in my free time, it's vision, heart and technique,  it can be interesting on any occasion and with any subject,  but for what it is  my job, it is essential to respect certain logics, where creativity and one's ego are fine, but it is necessary on that specific occasion to satisfy the needs of the job and to portray the talent in a versatile but truthful way.   On set you work hard and have fun at the same time, new ideas and new awareness can arise, sometimes giving life to unexpected characters and expressions. When we present a book to a client,  the same expects to recognize, in presence or through a self-tape, the talent selected through the images created and proposed, and not to find himself faced with a totally different person, it is not useful to anyone to distort reality. Therefore, it is essential to get to know each other beforehand and it is my duty to  evaluate  and say frankly and directly whether they are there or not  chances with respect to my work tour or not. Photography can immortalize interesting faces and expressiveness,  but it doesn't work miracles....post production does, that's why, by doing both things,  I pay particular attention not to modify the characteristics of my subject, but to enhance its qualities.  If, however, I think that a person is not suitable for my job,  does not mean that,  will never be able to do anything absolutely in this business, no one has certainties in their pocket, but I necessarily have to make choices,  based on my common sense, on the requests that I am used to receiving  and on my experiences,  to avoid creating  useless expectations  that  most likely they will not find satisfaction.
