Be Different was born in 2014 from the desire of the owner Maria Elena Manca to independently continue her activity of managing actors and models which she had started about 20 years earlier as an employee in some agencies in Milan. The experience acquired over the years has allowed her to continue her career path in a free and creative way, following her own instincts and ideas.  Be Different, deals with advertising casting, both for publishing and for TV and the web, and film casting, in Italy and abroad.  Represents and promotes a large number of professional talents and new faces. The latter often turn out to be very interesting and prove to be as professional and capable as the professionals,  Furthermore, the advertising business is always looking for faces that are not seen at all or are rarely seen, which is why it is important to include new people in your talent pool. It is not a job suitable for everyone and  as with all professions it is necessary to possess some qualities, characteristics or aptitudes that make the difference.  To apply you are required to send  the material  and information useful for a first evaluation where in most cases it is immediately clear whether the qualities of the person being proposed are suitable for one's portfolio of clients or not.
